All content, designs, and materials created by SoCal Digital Signage remain the property of the Company until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the materials for their business.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoCal Digital Signage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or Website.

8. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, technical issues, or third-party service disruptions may occur.
